About Me
I'm going to make this short and sweet. This entire page is set to help people stay motivated, give people advice on fat loss, how to gain muscles, as well as what type off food/meal plans to have as well as give advice on proper workout regiments.
This entire thing was put together by my self Ali, growing up i struggled with being a heavy individual, and in my mid 20's i decided to change that. i went from 220lbs at 5'7" to 160lbs, as you can all pretty much assume, at the weight, i looked sick. so the games begun. add weight with muscles, lose weight to tighten up, add weight, lose weight, and so forth...
During my journey i came across allot of websites, pages and support forums that helped me along the way. so i think its time for me to give back. this is the main reason why i have put this page together.
i will be discussing motivational tips, how to get up and get out of your house and get your ass to the gym! I'm cut throat, i get to the point, and i don't sugar coat anything. if your fat, your fat. Growing up my entire family told me i was not fat because they loved me and that simply set me up to fail. Understanding that you need to change for the better is when the changes start to take place. This is where I come in!
I will help you guys with your nutrition questions, diet plans, work out regiments as well as help anyone that is looking for specific needs meet their goals. But before we get ahead of our selves, lets not forget, everything starts with YOU. it is YOU that needs to get out of bed, it is YOU that needs to stop playing video games, it is YOU that needs to focus and push hard at the gym, and it is YOU that puts food in your own mouth. so its time YOU took care of the only investment that will last you a life time.... your body!
